At CO9, we are a family-run care provider with over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality, compassionate care to people in their own homes. Our friendly and dedicated team genuinely love what they do, and this passion is reflected in the relationships we build with every client and family we support.
We believe that care should be personal, respectful, and tailored to the individual. Every person we care for is unique, which is why we create bespoke care packages designed around their specific needs, preferences, and routines. Our goal is to help people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own home.

Housework & Laundry
If service users experience difficulty performing household tasks such as doing the laundry or cleaning, our care assistants can provide assistive services to help service users remain independent to the best of their ability
Companionship
Companion care can be arranged to your loved one's needs...
For elderly people who are feeling exceptionally lonely, or who are experiencing some health problems, or are just feeling particularly vulnerable living alone, we provide a listening ear and reassurance
Meal Preparation
If service users experience difficulty preparing meals, our care assistants can provide assistive services to ensure that all service users are eating a healthy and well balanced meal.
Shopping
We offer a service where we are able to go with the family member to do their shopping or we can do this for them to save them the trouble of venturing out.
We will ensure that all cupboards will be stocked with healthy and nutritional products.
Helping With Pets
Sometimes something as small as taking the dog for a walk can be challenging, especially for the senior.
Our care assistants can provide support for our service users to help maintain the health and care for both the service user and their pets.
Helping & Maintaining Nutritional Needs
A key area for us to provide essential care is maintaining a nutritious diet for the service user. We focus on meal planning and shopping to ensure all dietary requirements are met and that well balanced meals are prepared and cooked in the service users home.
Medication Assistance
We can administer medication for clients where needed. We monitor all doses and keep accurate records of all medications that can be viewed by family through our digital app.
Personal Care
We support clients with all aspects of washing, showering, dressing and oral hygiene when needed. We encourage clients to make their own choices.
